Players could also get banned by moderators for sending unwanted messages to other users. A moderator could then ban a player's account for spamming other accounts or trying to bypass chat filters. There are other forms of trolling which can be found on Roblox today.

I love Roblox, but sometimes it's hard to keep the game up and you seem to be forced to buy certain games. I think there should be a better way of getting new people in the game and not having so many bad games out there. Everyone is trying to make money off of Roblox, which is good, but I just wish that they could make more updates for the games and keep them working properly.

On December 10th 2016, ROBLOX released another update where players could join groups and wear clothes representing their group on their backpacks. However, yet again it was abused by many users who used the feature for monetary gain. As a result of this, ROBLOX removed the functionality and shut down the "ROBLOX Backpacks" section on their website. On May 19th 2017, ROBLOX updated its backpacks feature which allowed players to join groups.[77]
